Back in 1995 I decided to venture into the real estate market; I bought, sold, became licensed and ventured onto other things within the industry. Always moving forward and providing exceptional service to my clients and customers. Most know me for my work as a short sale negotiator during 2006 and 2013 thru helping thousands of homeowners either modify their mortgages or be approved for a short sale. The financial market and mortgage industry has been my passion ever since. It was difficult at times listening to some very sad stories when people lost their homes back then; it is with great joy and passion that I have been able to move forward and help my customers obtain new mortgage financing for their new home purchase. My speciality is not only those simple loans with excellent credit, also those who are first time home owners and possibly need someone to think a bit outside the box to get them into just the right mortgage for them, not just any mortgage.
